I CHALLENGE YOU!!!

Hiii Guys!!!! how are you all doing ? i am meaning to write a blog on this specific topic since a very long time now!! the people who know me already know i love to challenge myself , that's the only way i get to grow as a human being that's the way that i have fun & just experience new & different things in life! This challenge is very special for me because..I AM GONNA INVITE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!!!! to join me in this challenge & am not gonna lie, challenges are not easy! Its gonna challenge you to do something out of the box , your comfort zone!!!

I usally joke at home with my parents & always talk about us being in a comfort zone !! comfort zone is so great , so comfortable , so amazing !!! but if you have a diagram of a box then this is your comfort zone & then there out of that box there is a MAGIC !! & this is where out of that box the magic happens ! so if you wanna get to the magic youhave to get out of your comfort zone!! thats the rule NO. 1 : Get out of your Comfort Zone!!!

So i am gonna talk about Five new Habits that's i am gonna install in myself for next 21 days!!!

REASON WHY 21 DAYS : They say that if you do something consistency for 21 days , IT BECOMES A HABIT! so i am hoping that to grow it as a habit into myself & more of my character !!!

HABIT NO. 1 :

  • GIVE COMPLIMENT :

  • Now the most important thing about giving compliment is that you have to be sincere !! you can not just go around throwing compliments because then people will sense it , people will feel it! we all are intuitive creatures where we all feel when somebody is being not real or when somebody is being real !!

  • As you go through your day i want to be really aware of your thoughts , lets pretend you are in a store & if you see a girl or a lady with a really beautiful make up & you think to yourself " hmm she has pretty make up " usually we think about these things the positive things about others & we just think about them & we never actually say it!!!!

  • i actually have been doing this for a quite a while now i try to say when i feel , when i find something attractive or pretty or anything intresting about anyone that i see through the day , i already kind of do this one!! but now i want to do like 100% all the time!!

  • Bottom idea is anytime you feel or you think a good thing about anyone it could be there Makeup ,it could be there Hair , it could be there Smile , it could be there Attitude or Anything , you just don't think it you say it , you have to tell them!!!!

  • what you have to loose ?? it just make somebody's day ! who doesn't like getting compliments ? it just make someday's day right?? you'll feel great because you gave somebody a genuine compliment !!!

  • So i challenge you to do not only do with your family but definitely with the strangers that you get to meet through the day!!!

HABIT NO. 2 :

  • spend time with your family :

  • Its probably the best habit to develop & lot of us go through life, first of all we live with family so we spend lot of time living in under same roof , But everyone is in their own world!! I be in my room being on computer , my brother is on his phone , my dad is watching t.v , my mom is cooking in the kitchen . You are in one house but you are not actually spending with each other, unless maybe you are having dinner together or something like that!

  • So you are not really getting to know each & every one of the family member that you are so fortunate to have , there are people in this life who never had any family! If you are fortunate enough to have any family member in life i urge you to spend time with them !

  • So make a date with every person in you family now you have 21 days right! so in these 21 days you have time to lets say this date you make a Date with your dad & you go for lunch together , Next week you make a date with your mom & you go for a walk or with your sister or with your brother! you have to pick dates , what week is totally up to you , depending upon how many family member you have haha...so every few days you make a date with any member in your family & you actually get to spend a Quality time with them , you get to talk with them & just to know them you know , Ask them questions about their childhood or their past.

  • Make it different don't talk soo much & make them listen , try listening to them ! its really magical , i really want to try it myself & make a it a habit !

  • It is a really beautiful thing because it connects you better , you gonna feel better & you'll feel more connected to your family , I think if you give yourself that kind of gift & if you can give that gift to your family than you should definitely give it a try!!!!

  • So for the next 21 days get to know your family , make dates with them & spend a quality time together!!!

Habit no. 3 :

VALIDATE OTHER :

  • POSITIVE HABIT NUMBER 3 is validate your family member or your friends or any strangers you get to meet through the day.

  • Validation is very different from giving compliments

  • validation is about telling the person the stranger , auto driver , your teacher , your mom or your friend that " you know what , i know you work so hard & i really appreciate everything you do !

  • So if its your mom you can say "Mom i know how hard you work & you cook for us & you clean the house & you do all the good things i really appreciate it , you know i really love you!!!

  • Validate people around you through out the day!! this is what i am most excited about!!!

  • Because this really challenges you to get out of your comfort zone & me more open with people & tell them how they make you feel, i think that's gonna make a huge difference for every single one of us!!

Habit no. 4 : Give More Of You :

  • Giving more of you but unconditionally , they say umm.. All the joy ( umm i am getting little emotional ) but anyways they say all the joy comes from giving & i totally totally agree with it !

  • Do i always give??? i wouldn't say so!! I don't know why there is a kind of thing that sometimes its kind of hard to give when you can!!

  • So the challenge to Myself & my challenge to you is to give more of you to others!!

  • Giving more of yourself to others can be anything like you can help to your friend with their homework haha....but on a serious note you can help anyone in your life who are stressed you know you can tell them.." you know what you can share things with me , I have all my ears to listen to your problems!

  • Not just with problems , you can just randomly buy flowers for your mom or sister or anyone!

  • You can give nice thank you note for your friend say " say i really appreciate you for being my friend or it could be anything

  • This kind of little gesture can really make a huge difference in your life & challenging for you as well to give someone something whether its your time , a little gift or you can cook for your family & friends!

  • But consistently for next 21 days I'll give more of myself & i challenge you to give more for you!!!

Habit no. 5 :

Learn To Ask For Help:

  • And last positive habit of this " positive challenge for 21 days" is Learn to ask for help now i personally don't have much of the problem to do that , whenever i need help like looking for something or researching life challenges I'll either go to my brother or my parents!

  • I'll ask them what would you do when you are in a situation like this or you have ever felt this way , I believe i usually do that!

  • in the recent years i have been to many emotional things that i have never experienced before like lots of downs & ups & everything & lot of times i do feel that i am going to shut down & i think its really important to not shut down ,because when we shut down its really hard to you know open up again to people around you!!

  • It is so important for you to sometimes talk to people around us & whether you are experiencing emotional challenges , you can ask for help , you can talk to people & ask them what helped them like whether they read a book which they can recommend !!! or sometimes you can just TALK & let it out that's just the help you need that somebody listen to you!!

  • Or else sometimes you just need to cry , you just need a shoulder to put your head on , it really could be anything!

  • Sometimes you need some help or advise to start up with your new business , honestly it could be anything!!

  • If you can do anything by yourself then its amazing!!! but don't let you EGO come on your way when you can succeed but sometimes you need help or you need some advice

  • I am not telling you that others need to do everything for you !!! you cannot be demanding that do this or do that but genuinely when you need help!!

  • The idea behind this is to ask for help because it will really help you! you know in a big picture it gonna make a big difference , its gonna help you out!

  • There is no need to pretend that i am strong , that i can handle everything by myself , NOOO i thing we are in this world together & we need each other in every way possible

  • I believe to ask for help is really important & a positive habit we can all make!!
